I discovered the cutest little coffehouse today. Kevin and gang played at a little hole-in-the-wall called Angel City Cafe. It's located in Bellflower. It's a purely Christian venue run entirely by volunteers. The guy serving the coffee, Rick, has been volunteering for almost 15 years. |

Got the chance to see Kevin Ridel's band play up in Altadena. They were one of several bands playing for 104.3MyFM. It was an incredible show. It was also the first time I got to see his new baby daughter. The only bad part about this day was it was way too hot. I took the whole family up there because this was a school carnival. |
